We are looking for businesses and services in tourism and experiences, accommodation, beauty and spa, wellness, hair, food and beverage, and airport pickup. Any place that international customers traveling in Korea before and after treatment can use is welcome to apply.
How do we apply to list?
Apply online through the Partner Portal or call our main phone number. Once you apply, a TripDoc manager will explain whether you can list and how the process works.
If you are worried about operations
Do we have to answer international customer inquiries in a foreign language?
TripDoc supports a multilingual consultation flow, so you can respond to international customer inquiries more easily. The flow carries an inquiry through consultation to a confirmed booking.
We are worried about no-shows. Is there a safeguard?
TripDoc provides deposit payments and advance confirmation. Because bookings are confirmed in advance, the burden of cancellations and no-shows can be reduced.
