International medical travelers
The TripDoc mobile app connects every step of an international customer's journey, from search and AI-translated consultation to booking and reviews.
About the app

From consultation before treatment to the hospital, the stay and the experience after recovery, TripDoc is a global medical and wellness tourism platform that connects hospitals across Korea and patients around the world in a single journey.

Hello, I am Changku Lee, CEO of TripDoc.
TripDoc is a global medical and wellness tourism platform that began with one aim: a medical journey you can feel at ease with, even in an unfamiliar place. The number of international patients visiting Korea grows every year, yet hospitals have been held back by barriers of language and marketing, and patients by barriers of information and trust. TripDoc started by breaking down both barriers at the same time.
We do not charge hospitals any listing fee, monthly fee or referral commission. We believe the whole K-medical tourism market grows when hospitals can reach patients around the world without a cost burden. Building on that belief, TripDoc brings every step of the patient's journey together, from booking and interpretation to transport, accommodation and recovery.
Together with hospitals across Korea and customers from around the world who visit Korea, we will set a new standard for medical tourism.

Hospitals, wellness and travel partners, and international medical travelers. All of them are TripDoc's customers, and TripDoc's job is to connect them in a single journey.

Hospital listing guideWe connect international customers with experiences for recovery and rest, from wellness and K-beauty to food and traditional experiences.
Wellness and travel listing guideWe provide materials so that settlement guides and onboarding packs for foreign residents, investors and staff can introduce TripDoc as a way to find a hospital.
Information for organizationsTripDoc does not charge hospitals a listing fee, a monthly fee or a referral commission. Because we take no fees, our recommendations are not distorted. The hospitals TripDoc connects patients with are not the ones that paid for advertising, but the ones that fit the patient.
| The three zeros | Our promise |
|---|---|
| We take no fees of any kind from hospitals. That is why we can be honest with patients. Our single criterion for a recommendation is how well the hospital fits the patient. | |
| We provide AI interpretation and translation, along with multilingual consultation, so that borders and language do not become barriers to treatment. | |
| We connect patients with hospitals that have passed our listing review and content check, and manage the journey from booking to recovery in a single system to ease the anxiety of being in an unfamiliar place. |
