Plan your medical and wellness trip to Korea with confidence

TripDoc helps international visitors find Korean hospitals and clinics, talk to them in their own language through AI translation, and arrange both care and travel in a single app.

What can you do with the TripDoc app?

Search, consultation, booking and trip planning sit in one app, so you do not have to switch between tools in a language you may not read.

Find a hospital or clinic that fits your needs

Choose a treatment, an area and the criteria that matter to you, then compare hospitals side by side. Emergency rooms, night clinics and night pharmacies are shown on a map based on where you are.

How does a medical trip to Korea work?

Most trips follow the same five steps. Start early: consultation and visa preparation take the longest.

  1. Research

Decide what you want treated and read about the treatment area, typical stay and recovery time.

  2. Consult

Send your questions and medical history to the hospital and ask for a written treatment plan and estimate.

  3. Prepare

Check entry requirements for your nationality, then book flights and a place to stay near the hospital.

  4. Visit

Attend your appointment, confirm the plan in person and keep copies of all documents and receipts.

  5. Recover and follow up

Leave enough time before flying home and agree on how follow-up questions will be handled.

Why can you rely on TripDoc?

TripDoc is run by TripDoc Co., Ltd., founded in July 2025 and based in Busan, with an office in Singapore.

  1. Charges hospitals nothing

TripDoc takes no listing fee, no monthly fee and no referral commission from hospitals. Because hospitals do not pay to appear, what you see is not ordered by advertising spend. TripDoc earns from non-medical services such as accommodation, transport and concierge.

  2. Removes the language barrier

AI translation and multilingual consultation let you talk to Korean hospitals in your own language, before you travel and while you are there.

  3. Works as an international patient facilitator

TripDoc operates as an international patient facilitator in Korea. It provides medical and tourism information and is not intended to advertise any specific medical institution.

  4. Connects booking to Google

TripDoc became an official Reserve with Google partner in May 2026, so hospitals on TripDoc can take bookings from Google Search and Google Maps.

About TripDoc

Frequently asked questions

What is TripDoc?

TripDoc is a medical and wellness tourism platform for people visiting Korea. In the mobile app you can search for hospitals and clinics, consult them through AI translation, book appointments and plan the travel around your care. It is operated by TripDoc Co., Ltd., based in Busan, South Korea.

Do I need to speak Korean to contact a hospital?

No. You write in your own language and the hospital staff reply in Korean. AI translation shows each side the message in their language, so you can ask about booking, schedules and symptoms without an interpreter. For conversations in person, the app also has a voice interpretation feature.

Can the app help in an emergency?

The app shows emergency rooms, night clinics, night pharmacies and pharmacies on a map based on your current location. In a life-threatening emergency in Korea, call 119 for an ambulance first.
